Information that MCFiber shares internally

Accessing your MCFiber account information
MCFiber customers can access billing information via the phone by providing an exact match of the customer profile data including: name, account ID, and current mailing address. Subscribers may also access their customer records at the MCFiber office with an appropriate photo ID. If you believe that our records are incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting the MCFiber office.
MCFiber staff will not release credit card numbers or bank account information over the telephone.
Protecting privacy is a partnership. MCFiber encourages you to help us protect your account information. Please do not disclose your account numbers, passwords, etc. to anyone.
